Yes. Where are you now, Onime? Outbreaks such as yours make me recall with fondness that Best Ever line from Aliens.

...au contraire mon ami...the best line ever from that movie was...

Hudson: Maybe you haven't been keeping up on current events, but we just got our asses kicked, pal!

Oi! Lord Admiral Sprior-your PM inbox is full, thus precluding my ability to send you (via PM) Des' email. Please advise.

Ok, guess this is one of those cultural things. Obviously a bad attempt at humor. Here, the caricature of the overly zealous religious nuts is a guy in a slightly too large suit, with his hair combed with water to make it flatter.

Hey Onime, if you took offense - none intended. They guy just wanted some rumours and felt I could provide some.

No offense interpreted here, Per-it's just that I hadn't heard this expression before is all.

Yuri,

As it so happens, I have miraculously come across a few pieces of meteorite in-of all places-Minnesota! Would you care to buy your own piece of history? Act now! Supplies are limited!

Yuri,

I sure hope they get the perpetrators over a barrel on this one-they just need some concrete evidence. This guy is now a pillar of the community, I hear.

Politically, was he a hard-liner?

She's fine. Body has filled out, but she's still very "puppyish"

I've "ordered" a new pic from my ol' man. I'll post when I get it.

He's got some of the best lines in that film. I've used a couple myself, on numerous occasions in my career so far. "Game over man!" is one, but the all time most used quote...

"How do I get out of this chickenshit outfit?"

Mrs Krehbiel - "I am no longer going to do and fold your laundry. I will just put it in a basket by the bed. I'm tired of doing laundry"
Me - " Ok, then I'm tired of paying for all of your crap. You can pay your cell phone bill, your car gas and insurance, your student loans, and all of the stupid daily s%@& from Sonic and McDs that you continue to get"
Mrs Krehbiel - "How am I going to do that?"
Me - "You probably should of thought about that before you decided to puss out on your chores"

akward moment..

second akward moment..

Mrs Krehbiel - "I'm still not doing it"
Me - "Good luck covering that with the $30 you make monthly babysitting"
Our 2 1/2 yr old- "Good luck, mommy" (he's into the repeating stage right now)

Jeff,

Have fun with your storm. I'm just not quite shedding a tear. Still have some digging out from yesterday. -8F. and -34F. wind chill right now.

Doggie style at the Krehbiel house. He sits up and begs; she rolls over and plays dead.

Hi all,

Have you guys been following recent "Tesla electric car vs. New York Times" debate (the NYT journalist, apparently, on purpose tried to show new electric car by "Tesla" in bad light)?

Yes. CNBC has been all over this story since it broke. The NY Times reporter is coming across looking like a moron. Not the first time the NYT has come across as morons. Won't be the last either.
