Are we going to play Mr. M4 Jess' Moscow '41 scenario???

If Orzel or ActicFire wish to pass, maybe some other gentle souls out there in forum land would like to pick up the German billyclub and pound on Scharf and me and our stalwart Soviet defenders. :p

(Note: this is a H2H scenario)

I sent the files to you and that was the last of it.... as all I had to do was set up the password for the German side.
I was also under the impression that at the time Artic didn't have H2H loaded...but I can't say for sure whether that was true or not as I haven't talked to him since.

Good to see some action on this at last.

Perhaps we should drop ArcticFire a note?

I never received any files from anyone. But if you send them to me, I'll set the Soviet PW. Serandep@msn.com

Any save slot, except #4 and #6.

I'll drop ArcticFire a PM. ;)

I've yet to receive anything from anybody. :(

I guess it's time to ask if there's somebody out there that really would like to play the Germans in this scenario.

There are several threads on this subject covering nearly the last month. Feigned interest has led to an excessive delay on the part of the German players. (In fact, we haven't even started passing files) I have to assume that lack of effort indicates lack of interest. {Much as I did with VikingNo2}

Any two players for the German side of a 4-way in Moscow '41 (H2H) that would like to play, sign up here.

It's an M4 Jess scenario so it should be entertaining. :D
(Oh, and despite inserted threads to the contrary; Goblin is Not involved in this, other than being a minor irritant)

(This was an 'evil' post - #666 :p )

I've had a break from head to head playing against humans as well. Since Kursk seems not to be making any progress any time soon I'd be glad to sign up as the other German player. :D

First of all...I did set the German password and send the files out before New Years. Why they didn't arrive or where they went??? I haven't a clue if you say you didn't receive them.

I haven't heard from Artic since he last asked me if this was a 7.1 or H2H version battle. I know he said he works the night shift and is usually only around when everyone else (in the states at least) is still asleep or at work...so contact was always sparse at best.

Anyway....as far as getting two new players...be my guest. I only threw my hat in from the start because it looked like nobody was stepping forward to be German #2. Then it spiralled downhill from there.

Sorry Jess...take the offer of one of the others...I'm out.

Orzel - thanks for trying. I'm sorry it didn't work out. I was looking forward to a battle with you. Perhaps in the future? :D

DerC and Kaakao - here is M4's scenario.

One of you needs to be first German player.
Open these files (scenario 75) and set the German password.
Save the file to PBEM slot #10.
Send the scenario to ScharfSchutze, he'll set our password and return to the German first player to start the first turn.

The First player for each side needs to remember NOT to End their turn. Select the 'Pause - Play Later' button. (Up Arrow)

This is H2H without any patches (patches? we don't need no stinkin' patches!)

Scharf, I'd like the eastern portion of Moscow to defend. I always liked St Basil's cathedral.

Good luck, gentlemen. :D

to attach this scenario file to my posts (270K .zip)

I received this scenario from M4 over the forum server, but I can't send it back out? WTHN?

Anyway, DerC and Kaakao, please let me know who's 1st german player, and I'll send you the files via email (I'll need your addresses, of course)

Or you could go to the Original thread and get it from M4 Jess' post:

Fear not, Comrade. We have some really interesting surprises for any Germans foolish enough to make an attempt on St. Basil's.
;) ;) :nudge: :nudge:
