ORIGINAL: Chickenboy Well, of course if you get a good offer on the first freakin' day of listing, you'll have seller's remorse. Naturally that means you can excoriate yourself for listing too low. You know, I have a friend that had the same thing happen to her. She listed her place "at market value" and it sold on the first day. My advise to her was, take the money and run...don't second guess. Oh, without a doubt. Plus, many places *require* you to accept an offer for your listed price (assuming there's no contemporary offers at above your offer price). But that still wouldn't stop the seller's remorse whilest accepting the offer. No chance of seller's remorse here, if we end up with anything close to asking price. We priced it to move quickly, and it seems we judged it about right. We sent our counter offer and are hanging around to see if we hear back tonight or not. It's amazing how much of your mental capacity is monopolized by the process of selling/buying a house. We did very little today after cleaning a bit this morning, but I'm exhausted!
