Status: offline 		If I make a change to a race's design template for any ship/base, is that new template used on the next loading of a saved game or must I start a new game to have it take effect?

Status: offline 		Only to reload is enough. However, an update according to this tamp will be made only after new tech or if you mark old design obsolete.

Status: offline 		Sorry for digging this one out, but I have another question and I don't think that's worth opening up a new thread:

Can you rearrange the component families without making the file unusable? I believe the components get sorted by this list, so rearranging them would probably be useful to build shields earlier etc.
