I purchased SOW Brandy Station and I am having trouble registering my serial number with Matrix as I have with all my previous purchases. When I attempt to do so, I get an error message saying the key is already used.
I have my confirmation emails and purchase receipt.
I attempted to post a message through the helpdesk ticket and it would not let me post anything.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Status: offline 		Hmmm if i'm signed into the members area when i purchase, it registers my game automatically. Check your game list to be sure its not there already.

It won't let me register the game either.

Are you using IE9 or IE10? Please try turning the IE compatibility mode on. This usually fixes the entering text error.

Regarding the registration issue we are investigating it and hopefully we will have a fix soon.

I'll come back here as soon as I hear something from our admins.
