Status: offline 		in two games I have discovered and taken control of a base that is an archive left over from earlier years. The message says I get money, and a list of techs. The money comes in. but the techs don't ever come in. Tghis has happened in two games, but not all. Anyone else experience this?

Status: offline 		A lot of actions that should reward tech are currently bugged and not working in 1.9.0.8. See this thread.
