elanaagain -> no getting tech from galactic archive (7/14/2013 5:22:13 PM) in two games I have discovered and taken control of a base that is an archive left over from earlier years. The message says I get money, and a list of techs. The money comes in. but the techs don't ever come in. Tghis has happened in two games, but not all. Anyone else experience this?
