I cant fix that picture problem, i dont know its origin , and everything seems legit.... hmm..... ... may be problem not in my modules but with pics i took from other mods i integrated?

I take this problem might be connected to beta of 1.9.5.6 or not-mod related bug or bug with ui thingy, i will rename the race for all pedia-entries. Seems that "-" in the name causing some indexing problems somewhere.
10 mins and its fixed.

I did that for all except Such-Oos actually, and because they preformed well in my games (ive run alot, adding things little by little) i even didnt though to play as them.

I think i found problem, which related to indexing of things that have dash in the name
I will rename everything to SuchOos,i am 90% sure it will solve the problem.
All is legit, i am 100% of it (image wise), the problem with indexing.

Made post in technical support about the SuchOos small issue. Till next release SuchOos will remain as AI only race.

Question regardin: Ergreard(?) And governments.

To make the 3 governments exclusive to them did you have to ban the governments for all the other races individually, or does the special government field accept multiple values?

I'm working on an Ortain variant that uses 2 governments: "Expansion protocol" and "Extermination protocol".

I banned them for other races, 1 by 1.
Ergreagd goverments are like normal ones , but are not aviable for other races.
Sadly, there is not possibility to make more than 1 special goverment per race, i already requested that in Wanted thread from devs.

Beyond Extended Universe ALPHA.4 (with hotfix 0.4.1) (for DW:U 1.9.5.6) Release is up!

This release have alot of features and actually very big and complex stand-alone mod pack , including all best mods around + alot of new stuff.

Patch notes ver. ALPHA.4 :
- Added more 5 races , now there 6 unique races from Beyond Pool. Each race have very unique gameplay/flavor/focus, polished and have investment of original art in either troops, ships, or both. Unique race-specific interfaces for those races will follow and will be released soon in Alien Immersion Project frame. For new races overview please go here.
- 3 of 6 races use totally original , done by me shipsets, Yereni use recolored and retweaked Taiidan set from HW pack, Such-Oos and Laaran use Kadeshi and Turanic shipsets from HW , Credits will mount DeadlyShoe name for his awesome ship models. Ive deicided to design only 50% of ships myself for the pool because it takes alot of time from me.
- added planet, surface and landscape art from Stuff&Bits mod by KEWB1144
- Added alot of race/concept pedia entries by ParagonExile, Ergreagd dialogue by ParagonExile, Ergreagd small tweaks.
- Added new goveremnts - mainly for new races, which will ensure uniquiness of their play.
- Next releases will focus on tweaks and implementing rest race character systems without art firstly - art will follow later.
- Merged all modpack with Icemania AI Extended mod version 1.01 - to prevent complex integration in future and allow easier modification and implementation from both sides. All changes are noted.
- Updated many things for Ergreagds in correlation with Icemania's mod.
- Changed naming files that way that Earth city names will be no longer used as ship names for the game. That was nasty immersion breaker. (No more ships named Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and London!)
- Added Sirian's EVE components art mod, v 1.2, and augmented it with few new pictures for new race's unique components from stock he kindly provided with the mod.

Hotfix notes:
- due some problem related supposingly to beta of 1.9.5.6 or esle, its impossible to play as SuchOos. Iv'e temporarily disabled them, and boosted their pop growth and science in order to be some AI defining factor in your games.
- Tweaked Dlakar and Yereni Policies, Laaran Oronus Accord, and made world better :D
- fixed bug with tech tree



Mod Contain:
- 6 new races extension above Universe: Extended race pool. All races have very unique mechanic and approach to the game, unique troop/ship/or both art, and alot of lore, writing, flavor, art involved. 3 of those races have completely unique, made for them by me ship set art. For new races overview please go here.
- example of upcoming Beyond Character System (for now only for Race Ergreagd) - very big expansion which will instroduce very different race-cpecific, specialised characters (~500 characters pool per race), with unique portraits each, which will expand immersion, lore, balance and depth of race differentiation. On Character system please read this POST - entry by ParagonExile.
- Alot of minor tweaks as immersive names for ship templates, some tunes for balance, etc.

PS. This is still alpha, i will really appreciate testing, because there perhaps will be need for some tweaks /rebalances.

Because of that SuchOos issue i disabled them for player (they are still exist as AI) in latest hotfix, and boosted them to be quite annoying.
I just tuned them down abit, the files on the mediafire contain newest version.

I think it may be some issue of beta 1.9.5.6 , i really checked alot, and all files are just perfect. For now they work as AI-only race pretty fine :)

Next releases , after some break for advancedent with Alien Immersion, will be focused on tweaking and implementing Character systems for all races.
The races pool is fine now, and i will realy appreciate any comments/observations on this release. thanks. :)

@Icemania i actually remeberd i started game with them once... normally i see later if race performa well and run game as race that i want to fix.

Soon i will release redone version with:

-SuchOos fix.
-Minor adjustments.
- Goverments pedias and Unique dialogues for all of new races by ParagonExile.
- Naming fix, there is some minor issue now.

Todays Evening ALPHA.42 patch notes:

- Fixed problem with Such-Oos, now they are perfectly playable
- Added Character system for Such-Oos (irt will be second character system implemented), for now without unique faces, but this is first version of race-specific Such-Oos character set, featuring 2 special groups within Such-Oos society - Iocho, Scientific collective who been rumored for invention of Matter Compressors, and Chuso, intelectuals, linguists and explorers. (~500 pre-made custom generated characters with such-oos related bonuses, skills and traits)
- Reverted to vanilla version racial art for Autuuk.
- Completely changed racial art (from extended mod version) for: Securan, Kiadian, Dhayut. Preview will come with release.
- Number of minor tweaks.
- All new race race-specific diplomacy dialogues, and new goverment pedias by ParagonExile.

my game working 24/7 running test games.

i need to go out, i hope those Dlakars will kick ass, last time they got owned by Such-Oos after attacked Such-Oos best friends, Ungari :D

(Btw i looking for way to force early sneak attacks done by Dlakar, its the best strategy and their power - str 200 troops, any ideas how make htat they will automatically try to troop capture independent plants/ unprotected planets of rivals, str 200 troops is pro, but AI dont use it at its fullest)

Release postponed abit due my desire to add more of character systems.
Release will add 500 character system for Dhayut in additional to .42 patch notes post
This will increase count of races with character systems from 1 to 3, and will act as major rebalance for Dhayut.

CHARACTER SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTED:

Ergreagd - with unique portrait art
Highly competitive society, which progress built on constant rivalry and competition between three royal houses. Nagongds, the mediators between houses are normally overseeing external policies and deal with external threats, but they do not excel at being strong leaders, they just keepers of unstable peace between houses and normally more skilled in internal security than in anything else. If one of the houses tilts balance to his side enough, Nagongd may be replaced by one of representatives from leading royal house. Royal houses have each one own specialization, Urgegds excel at governing and trade, are rich and normally well-respected rulers, Kerengds are innovative and rule by technology, terror, implementing most advanced assassination techniques in the galaxy, while Margagd Generals and Admirals inspire and rally fierce Ergreagd warriors and more military power and skill focused, neglecting anything else. Been said that diplomacy never was their strong side, though Urgegd trade-oriented noblemen succeed to achieve some notable diplomatic deals with seemingly highly hostile to Ergreagd lifeforms.
Generally, Ergreagd society have very high level of internal security, focused around areas of 3 royal houses specialization, and their fleet and ship commanders normally specialize in systems Ergreagd navies packed with - weapons, shields and countermeasure systems.



Dhayut
- without unique portrait art
Fierce aggressive species with highly centralized society, have also some certain sub-breeds which normally perform more specialized roles. Their society is extroverted and reckless, aiming towards constant expansion and conquest, without much account of safety, defense or population happiness.
They are ruled by powerful matriarchs Thha, which rule their populations and generally very intelligent, powerful and reckless. In addition, two worthy of notification non-matriarch rare breeds exist which could take places in Dhayut high command - Dhytta and Tahhyt. Dhytta is most warlike breed of Dhayut species, very dedicated, and extremely reckless, while Tahhyt is very intelligent, advanced but highly un-predictable and un-controlable breed, which possess poisoned fumes which corrupt other species arround making them un-predictable and un-controllable as Tahhyt. Tahhyt normally sent to perform complex tasks in desolation, and often separated from other breeds.
Their fleet command is highly skilled in space and hyper-space maneuvering, making Dhayut famous for being one of best hyper-spatial navigators, as well as in weapon systems, targeting and damage control.
Their scientists have certain affinity towards weapon and energy research, and less focused on high tech systems development.

Such-Oos - without unique portrait art
Quickly Thinking, Quickly Talking, Energetic, Curious Such-Oos are weak physically, but mischevious and smart. Their look, movements, attitude and charm often welcomed in many other species societies. Such-Oos been famous for being outstanding smugglers, traders, negotiators and explorers. They are very curious, fast-thinking creatures, but have lack of focus. They very weak will, disorganized, and try to avoid any physical confrontation because their weak physical strength and high squishness. Despite all those negative traits, they have own ways to survive and prosper - their mischief, smart and fast-thinking brains, their diplomatic and manipulation skills, their charm and empathy, their welcoming attitude, with which they accept any creature to their huge cities, and their techologies.
The have famous two organisations - Chuso, the orden of Explorers, who are known as famous explorers, travellers, tale-tellers and diplomats, and Iocho - Scientific sub-society who are rumored for invention of famous Such-Oosian Matter Compressors.

There was some issue, who downloaded the modpack before issue was solved (some problem with Such Oos) Here is the hotfix. Its part of main download already.
It works well now.
