Because it's true! God created groundcrew so pilots could have heroes too.

P.S. Apologies for the delay in restarting our game. I'm waiting for a new PC to arrive at Dixie towers before I embark on more gaming time.

Hello friends

Viking Dude!

Been thinking about you lately. Hope you're keeping yourself safe, mate.

On a totally unrelated note: Did you know that brown bears can swim? Sure, it's not graceful and they tend to splash around a lot and attract a bunch of attention from people on the shore, but they can swim. Kinda.

Here's a picture to prove it.

Not yet.

The housing market (for our price range as sellers) here really slowed at the end of September. Not unexpected. Historically, it will stay slow until beginning the "Spring" market in January(!). Go figure.

We decided to remove the house from the market for the balance of the year. With the Holidays coming up, the last thing we wanted to do was drop everything on a moment's notice so that some lookey-loo pseudo buyer could come through. We'll re-list in January and move in 2015, come Hell or high water.

Another bonus is that our son gets to finish Elementary school in the same school he started. It's a great school, so that's a nice consolation prize for staying.

You are taking my admonition about conspicuous swimming bears to heart up there, aren't you?

Good morning...

I had being sick. Stupid cold. Bad timing. Work week that required 25% overtime this week, also. Spending Saturday just doing nothing and feeling miserable. At least college football is on!

According to the bear nation, there have never been any bears here. Ever. Not even when one of them "misnavigated" and ran aground far into a secret Swedish military sea-lane in 1981. Apparentely, that was a NATO sub masquerading as a bear.

So, all is "as usual"

I think I'm going to have to get an EPA statement for the impact this will have on Lake Powell water levels
