Right now it's a clickfest going through each airbase and/or squadron to match them up whenever you move things around-- being able to do all that from one screen would be nice (or establishing an algorithm to do it automatically-- say, squadrons at a base automatically get re-assigned to the base's parent HQ after one turn). +1, while I see the reasons for current dual system, it is very cumbersome once things become more dynamic.
