....and especially Disney Pixar's Inside Out - check out the trailer for this one - a very, very clever idea .

Oh, you gotta see this! I mean SEE-IT-NOW.

Was a bit worried Pixar might not be Pixar since Disney gobbled it up, but this is pure brilliance I say....laughed the entire two minutes of the trailer.

Brilliant isn't it?!?!?! If the film is like the trailer that film is going to be HUGE!! So much packed into that scene.

Anger: "What did she say?"
Fear: "Sorry sir, no one was listening"

Anger: "You want a piece of this pops?"

Anger: "Well that could have been a disaster"

Sadness: "Well that was a disaster"

No I think Pixar is quite safe in Disney hands.

Just to set your mind at rest Josh, these are the Pixar films released since Disney bought all the stock in 2006:

- Ratatouille
- WALL-E
- Up
- Toy Story 3
- Cars 2
- Brave
- Monsters University

Never seen Cars 2 but the others? Well as I said, they are in safe hands with Disney

Actually come to think of it, I do not know whether its Pixar rubbing off on Disney or vice-versa. but since the low points of the likes of Treasure Planet in 2002 and Home on the Range two years later, the quality of Disney Animation Studios output has improved markedly.

I have not seen Big Hero 6 but the other warspites have and they say it is an excellent film (even the hard to please Mrs thought so ). This follows hot on the heels of Frozen, Wreck-it Ralph, Tangled and Princess and the Frog - all highly enjoyable, quality films.

Tried to put the films from Pixar, Disney Animation and Disney Toon Studios into some kind of Top 20 (a top 10 was just impossible). Even with the larger list it was too damn difficult for words to be honest, but here is my best shot - suffice to say I would recommend any of these to anyone. Having children probably helps, but with the majority of these films I would not say that was a prerequisite for enjoying what are great stories in their own right!

1. Toy Story 3
2. Toy Story 2
3. Toy Story
4. Wreck-it Ralph
5. The Incredibles
6. Up
7. Frozen
8. Tangled
9. Brother Bear
10. Beauty and the Beast
11. The Lion King
12. The Princess and the Frog
13. Finding Nemo
14. Monsters University
15. Pinocchio
16. Ratatouille
17. Pooh’s Heffalump Movie
18. Aladdin
19. WALL-E
20. Big Hero 6 (only one not seen but included on the little warspites recommendation)

Just watched Interstellar for the first time. Kind of blew me away. Very impressed. Great music, great acting, great idea/story. Also had me in tears a couple of times, and I wasn't expecting that from a Sci Fi film!

Watched Code of a Killer the first of a two-parter based on the true story of the first man to be convicted - and also the first man to be proven innocent - by DNA testing back in the late 80's. The ever watchable John Simmm and David Threlfall star.

Fortitude ends tonight! It has been a really good series so hope the ending is not an anti-climax.

Stanley Tucci seems to be everywhere at the moment - but he has a certain stage presence.

Only gripe - could really do without the C-word being used more and more.

Turn, AMC/Netflix original.

From AMC:
Follows New York farmer, Abe Woodhull, who bands together with a group of childhood friends to form The Culper Ring, an unlikely group of spies who turn the tide in America's fight for independence.

I found it captivating enough that I have blown through the first 5 episodes over the last 8 hours.

Couple days ago I watched Patton. What are the german fighterbombers on that one? And I know german vehicles on it are american ones with little cosmetic changes.

Tanks for the robust defense Orm.

I just finished the last episode of Marvel's Daredevil, wish there were more.
