Just giving this one a bump in case it got missed...this one is LOW PRIORITY, as I'm not working on anything right now that involves Ghana, but it would be nice to have. Lots of possibilities for small or medium-sized conflicts involving Gulf of Guinea nations over oil, terrorism, piracy, fishing rights, etc. quote:
