It is cheap shipping. Perhaps Matrix should consider allowing player to pay for express shipping....

Good idea. With the Download option I wouldn't ordinarily care how long it takes. But with the hard bound manual to read (I am assuming this will be on a par with the MWIF and WITW) - I would defo pay extra for a quicker delivery.

Mine finally arrived .... nice manual.

Just a thought for future releases ... would it be possible to offer expedited shipment ? Appreciate it might not be for everyone as it'd cost more but personally I'd rather pay a bit more than have it shipped via sailing boat ...

Fantastic!! I got mime for Christmas. I thought it would be a nice paperback like CMANO but it's a grand large real hardbound. Kudos!

Nothing here yet...

Either lost or ridiculous...how can something shipped December 1st take 4 weeks to arrive ?

EDIT -> And Christmas is no excuse !

As comparison, I bought in Amazon (uk) 2 books and one DVD; they were shipped (from Italy ?) on the 23rd December and arrived today (28 December) by REGULAR MAIL! With Christmas in between !!

I think I read the DC:B physical copy was sent via Swiss mail ? are they still using this ?????:

Yep, nothing here yet...

I opened a ticket on support, I think it's fair to assume it got lost...

I should do the same but I'll wait until around this time next week and then if it still hasn't arrived I'll contact Matrix.

I'm surprised no one from Matrix has posted in this thread to at least reassure us or chase up these missing orders.

I don't understand why it took eight days to even dispatch the order. Given that I ordered the game on 24th November, Christmas shouldn't really come into it.

Hi guys,

we're just back in the office and the warehouse reported they ran out of stock over the holiday but nobody was here to deal with it or to even let the support team know. We've put up a note on the product page. New stock was supposed to have arrived on the 28th but has not appeared yet. We're trying to track it down but suspect it may be at customs. Apologies to everyone affected.

I'm trying to find out exactly when we ran out of stock so we can look in to any orders placed before that to see if there is another issue going on as the month long delay cant really be explained by running out of stock 1-2 weeks ago. We'll get this sorted out as soon as possible and thanks for your patience.

Thank you for looking to this. I am also in contact with VPaulus, that confirmed my order shipped on December 1st. It has not yet arrived as of today (January 4th).

Even coming from the USA as it is, more than one month of shipping time is somewhat unacceptable (if it didn't get lost).

You should consider another more expedited shipping partner, and a way to track our packages would be also much appreciated...

Regards

Well mine arrived today! :)

It was apparently shipped on the 11th of december.

I am really pleased with the quality of the book. Albeit the shipping has admittedly been slow.

So hang in there, even if it takes some time, they do seem to arrive.

Best wishes,
Vic

In some parts of the world Christmas presents are received on January 6th in commemoration of the visit of the Magi.

Lets be honest, almost a month is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable... My physical copy was shipped the 9th of December and still waiting...

7th January now and still it hasn't arrived.

That makes it 12 days late. Absolutely ridiculous.

40 days after shipment and nothing. Probably lost...
Matrix support is handling it, though.

Thank you !

Whatever it turns out for me, Matrix/Slitherine should rethink their shipment parthership, IMHO

Mine took about a week to Denver, CO. Love the manual - would love to see a WITP manual of this size.
