Status: offline 		Im confused, when i go to my account it says registered june 2011[is that when i unified my account?] but my first game registered is june 2009, which year will be used? As i understand it the more years the bigger discount.

Thta's because you have more than one SSL account, and the one which was initially locked was the older one.
Please open a helpdesk ticket and we will try to manually change the date and the username of your active SSL account.

Though under joined date for this post it says 11/27/2005... wierd

1. The date you registered for the Matrix members area.
2. If you never registered for the Matrix members area, the date you registered for the Matrix forum.
3. If you never did either of the above then the date you registered for the Slitherine site, forum or first played a PBEM++ game.

Your registration on the Matrix members area was in 30th of May of 2005. That is the date that counts.

Which date will be used for my anniversary date. And when will I get it.

Status: offline 		I registered in 7 March 2004, e-mail is correct, but I have not been granted an anniversary coupon. So I am unsure how to check if I used it or request to see if I am eligible. because when I try I got the following message.

"Sorry, but you do not qualify right now for a new Anniversary Coupon, you will have to wait for your next anniversary."

You can always simulate if a coupon is working or not during the checkout. The coupon will only be deactivated after the checkout, when the order was processed.
