Turn 28. Mar/Apr 1944. Axis #3. Weather.

Unbelievable! Another 10! This, I believe is a nightmare for the axis and a miracle for the allies, especially the USA and CW.

Why did the Germans hold Genoa? Now the Allies can put von Leeb out of supply, and if they flip him, he's gone.

I really didn't see any place to move von Leeb. He was cutoff. Genoa was as good a place as any to for his last stand (at least that was how I saw it). And he was flipped on impulse 2 (the allied 1st impulse of the turn) and remained in supply. So he still defended with 5 factors.

Turn 28. Mar/Apr 1944. Allied #4. Nationalist Chinese. USA, Philippines.

While this screen shot is for the Nationalist Chinese and the USA in the Philippines, two significant items of note. The first was that a ChiComm cavalry division successfully raided and captured an empty Canton. A major oversight by the Japanese player leaving that city empty with the division in range.

The second thing to note is that in Chungchow, Hainan those are Mexican troops, who are aligned to the USA, and not Japanese.
