MA41 i15:
IT and GE take combined actions, while JP takes a land.
Germany moves a sub to CVB and Italy makes no naval moves. Neither fly any naval air missions.
In CVB the sub finds the Allied convoys sleeping (3/9 split) and have 8 SP.
I use it all to increase the subs attack and let them take an A (which the fail and abort).
I destroy 3 CP and abort another (to Gibraltar, Plymouth would have required them to flee through BoB with active axis subs.

MA41 i15:
Germans initiate searches in the N. Atlantic, but no contact on rolls of 8/6.
In the Bay of Biscay, the subs try to catch the allies napping, but it does not work. Both find on rolls of 2/1.
I made a command decision for the allies and used their two SP to increase the axis damage from an X D 2A to an X 2D. I am also, placing the allied D on the Polish destroyer flotilla. Nobody made a damage control roll resulting in a CW damaged CA and two sunk subs.

Turn 10. Mar/Apr 1941. Nazi-Soviet Pact Chits.

"Garrison Chits: First chit to defensive. If value of defensive chits < 14, place second in defensive pool as well. At end if, defensive pool is greater than 14, move a 1-chit to the offensive pool." -- both chits go into the defensive pool.

The Soviets put their first chit into the offensive pool and move a second chit from their defensive pool to their offensive pool.

Turn 10. Mar/Apr 1941. End of Turn. Use Oil. Allies.

The Soviet Union had no units requiring oil to reorganize. France had no units reachable by and requiring oil to reorganize.

Mar/Apr 1941. End of Turn. Conquest. China Surrenders to Japan.

The USA reacts unfavorably to this by rolling a 1 and adding 2 chits to the Japanese Entry pool.

Is Japan now neutral? If so can you check if the following did happen on the Japanese side:

If you are now a neutral major power, remove any MIL units you have
on the map (including MIL not marked as ‘Res’) and place them in the reserve pool.
Remove all your remaining MIL units from the game until you are
next at war (see 4.1.2).

If not, can you make a bug report in the tech forum please with a gamesave from just before the surrender (or conquest) phase?

Japan is indeed neutral and all MIL units appears to be either removed or in the reserve pool with the exception of the 5-3 Hiroshima MIL which is a "Future Force Pool Addition". And the year it's added is "war". So I assume all this is correct?

It looks right, if the top eight units were on the map when China surrendered, and the Hiroshima MIL was not.
