Status: offline 		I want Transport Infantrie with HQ that has Cargoships but Nav Cap is by Fuel? I play whitout Oil. What is that how can i increase my transport Capasity because inreasing the Cargo ship didnt help

Status: offline 		NavyCap is meant to be used with the Transfer or Strategic Transfer order.

When using the Movement order all that matters is weight points and carry points.

I must produce Oil to use sea transport

Can you send me a savegame to vic@vrdesigns.net? and give me an indication in the mail what order on what hex and target does not work?
