No, China has yet to build any artillery. Although it is planned to do so.

However, the current Chinese production is only 5 BPs. And PM is currently at 0.75, unless Japan attacks and then it increase to 1.

However, the production multiple will increase to 1 J/F, which is not too far away, so it makes sense to repair the factory. Getting units J/F usually doesn't help all that much, as it is likely they won't be able to move. So repair the factory, and build the ART later. (But soon.)

Soviets save additional oil as they have an extra build point so can utilise the half.

Why don't you produce for some saved oil instead? To increase production with 1 build point.

I don't know how successful the Germans are going to be yet. How much saved oil is safe?

I think you are on the safe side for the first year of war. Since you control Persia.

I also think that US, and UK, will be able to open up a supply line before it gets critical.

And I do not think Germany will be able to advance very far.

USSR currently control 13 oil resources! Plenty of oil for reorganization.

And has plenty saved.

Germany seems basically low on quality units ( ARM, Stuka) in the east for a 1942 Barbarossa. And Italy went in to turtle mode years too early. The Germans built too many toys and have a lot of INF tied down in Spain. USSR should press the chance to DOW by moving first in J/F, in my opinion. Then Rumania would be ripe for a 1943 blitzkrieg by the Russians. There isn't much to fear from a winter Axis DOW, particularly when they have so few bombers.

I would consider the Reinforce the Phillipines option and force the Japanese to pull the trigger without much prepared for war with US. The 1930s War Plan Orange might actually work in this game.

I will consider this if the DOW fails. US will try and declare war this upcoming turn.

Although Germany has plenty of HQA.

If it may please, My Lord, do one for 17 with as many MIL and INF as you can. Maybe pilots and FTR2 for the rest.

As the Axis ended the turn, the marker is at +1 Allies I think?

A lot of cards in the Allies' hands right now.

I was thinking that it is time for USA to save the free world against Japanese aggression. Therefore I suggest that USA declare war on Japan.

I would appreciate it, Warspite1, if you did me the honour of posting the declaration and rolled the dies.

With all that has happened recently, you seriously want ME to roll such important dice???

I mean if you want me to I will, but just to remind you in EVERY roll in the last few impulses across both games, my rolls have been to the opponents advantage.

Let me know if you still want me too.....

Edit: Oh what the hell - I'll just do it.

What about the French?

I take it we can leave them or do you want me to declare war with them too?

I am proceeding without a declaration so please let me know ASAP if you wanted them to declare war.

Okay - I have only done the throws you can see. There are a number of others that you will need to do.

The Soviets are doing a land. No missions other than:

Rail Movement
- Astrakhan Militia to Vitesbsk
- Gorki Militia to Vilna
- Rostov Militia to Cutatea-Alba
