There's the famous example of: We invited the hookers, Stalin and JFK. vs. We invited the hookers, Stalin, and JFK. If it's an unclear order, just re-order and it becomes clear. We invited Stalin, JFK and the hookers. Is there confusion about the listing in the title of the thread? Well, you should also be listed first. Yeah, that's probably true. Changed it.
