Satisfied? Looks like hers is shinier than the others. Maybe she's second class.

Satisfied? No of course not. She is not an officer - commissioned or otherwise - but she clearly believes she can wear a blingier, shinier version of what her fellow Guardspersons are wearing

A poor team player what?

I rather suspect that they didn't have the correct reserve equipment when the original was broken, or went missing. So they had to do with the shinier version.

I think I see a little rigatoni in there. Maybe a tiny bit of farfalle with some vermicelli to soften the curves. I have not identified the sauce yet, but I think it needs meat.

Mine are in a well managed system. Li-ion batteries rarely have a problem when well managed.

Not to mention the dialogues. What follows is from "The Big Sleep". Humphrey Bogart (Philip Marlowe) and Lauren Bacall (Vivian) talk about "horse racing":

Vivian: Speaking of horses, I like to play them myself. But I like to see them workout a little first, see if they're front runners or come from behind, find out what their hole card is, what makes them run.
Marlowe: Find out mine?
Vivian: I think so.
Marlowe: Go ahead.
Vivian: I'd say you don't like to be rated. You like to get out in front, open up a little lead, take a little breather in the backstretch, and then come home free.
Marlowe: You don't like to be rated yourself.
Vivian: I haven't met anyone yet that can do it. Any suggestions?
Marlowe: Well, I can't tell till I've seen you over a distance of ground. You've got a touch of class, but I don't know how, how far you can go.
Vivian: A lot depends on who's in the saddle.

Heck, I was admiring the string of posts with pictures of lovely ladies and - trusting the Forumites - was anticipating more of the same after the battery explosion intermezzo. Instead I was confronted by pictures of wrinkled old men! Oh the horror, deception and cold shower! Geoff, what were you thinking?!? If I wanted to confront wrinkled old men, I would visit the Geezer thread... I'm tolerant but this breaks immersion - please open a seperate thread for guy pictures.
