Status: offline 		Command Modern Air Naval Operations has been updated to version 1.13.6!

You can download the update from here

Check the changelog below:

* FIXED: WRA not allocating correct number of Tomahawks against mobile radar
* FIXED: #12089: Torpedo 'flight' path
* FIXED: Aircraft on Patrol mission do not follow attack throttle
* FIXED: Buddy illumination issue (AH-64 vs SA-19)
* FIXED: RTB with navigator course may cause aircraft to run out of fuel
* FIXED: Mother of all edge cases for Ferry missions at Mil throttle
* FIXED: THAAD datalink edge case (radar retains link to weapon when it shouldn't)
* FIXED: Patriot PAC-1 vs Scud won't fire unless facing north
* FIXED: Facilities and ships in groups twirl a lot, constantly trying to adjust their position within the group when speed is 0kt
FIXED: Inactive minelaying missions lay one* mine outside minefield
* FIXED: Submerged SDVs should not be detected by radar unless surfaced, and not by MAD either
* FIXED: Sub-launched torpedo/missile detection not generating submarine datum
* Fixed: "Hold Position" issues
* Various fixes to mission planning

Well, I might have another issue. I have COW Standalone from Steam. I have my Steam setting to update automatically. However, when I launch the program, is reads l"Command v1.13 Build972.12" I downloaded the update for 1.13.6, but the installer says "Base Game not Installed."


I just ran the installer on my Steam copy and got the same results. Could somebody test this out at Matrix to see what the issue is?

I think the push to Steam would fix regardless correct?

Hi guys,

Please note that attempting to use the Standalone updater on your Steam version will not work, this is normal behaviour.
Please verify/validate your files within Steam itself if your game is not updating on it's own, you can do this by the following steps:
    1) Navigate to your Steam Library
    2) Right click on your game listed on the left, select Properties
    3) Select the Local Files tab
    4) Click the Verify integrity of game files...

This will ensure that you have the files needed for the latest version.

Yes, Build 972.12 is correct.
If you want an easy way to be sure, on the game menu/launcher there's a button to view the patch notes.

This will then show the version and build number at the top of the pdf e.g. Version 1.13.6 (Build 972.12).

Man, that's confusing. Steam's version reads 1.13 v972.12, and that's really 1.13.6?

I downloaded the patch and it also wouldn't work (base game not found), but then I checked the patch notes on the launcher - Steam had already installed it.

Ok I think I see where the confusion may have been. Warfaresims beta patch was named the same thing

Status: offline 		When I DL file. Place the file in my CMNO folder (within C drive). Unzip it from there. Then launch it. I get error saying my game is to early a build before 1.12. Yet my game is 1.13??

Status: offline 		I downloaded this update and the v1.12 update without issue, and I believe I'm installing them correctly, right-clicking the zip file and clicking "extract all," and selecting my Command installation folder to send the zip files to, but when I open the game to see if it updated, it's still says v1.10, am I doing something wrong?

Status: offline 		I see your confusion, in the testing before release (Update972.x.zip) that is the correct way to install. After release it isn't. The zip file is an executable that you run after you unzip so in your installation folder there will be a Command-UpdateComp-v1.13.6.exe that you need to run to install the update.

Status: offline 		Quick question- If already an owner of a few of this series, and downloaded this patch, then purchased another game (Chains of War) that technically was also patched here...is it necessary to re-run this patch after downloading that game?
