Having been a Julius before, I was going to write an amusing note. After your last post, however, there is no further need for such note.

**********Pork Roast with Cherry-Bourbon Sauce (in Engarish)*******

Ingredients:

Pork Loin roast, about two pounds but it doesn't matter, you can size up or down
Frozen, pitted cherries..about two pounds
Shallot, 1/2 large
Kosher Salt (it's just bigger crystals but it costs a little bit more so the Rabbi can buy a condo in SW Florida)
Garlic powder (or minced garlic)
Pepper
Soy Souce in a spray bottle
Butter
EVOO
Parrot Heads (Brussel Sprouts) ..2 lbs

Rub: 1/3rd garlic powder or minced garic, 1/3rd rock salt. 1/3rd pepper..a Bernie Sanders voter could do it. It's easy.
Spray the pork loin lightly with the soy sauce (for unagi. Leave the fat on. Don't be a ****. Coat the
rabbinically unapproved roast with the rabbinically approved rub, all sides.

Parrot heads: Quarter or halve the parrot heads and cut off the stems but be careful not to cut your fingertips off.
Put the parrot heads in a bowl and pour on enough EVOO to coat them lightly (about 2 Tblsp). Dust with some of the rabbinically
approved rub. Stir with you hand or use a spoon if you must.

Set the oven to broil, lay out the roast in a roasting pan and mound up the parrot heads around the roast and stick it in the oven about 10 minutes a side (stir up the parrot heads a bit). Set the oven to bake at 425 and roast (about 45 minutes) but it depends on the thickness of the
roast. It also works better if you let the roast come to room temperature before cooking but not too long or you may have a visit from Mr. Coli. If you are inept and can't tell if it's done by puncturing the roast and looking at the juices then use a meat thermometer (145-150 F). Don't worry if some of the parrot heads get crispy. They are great.

OK. gotta go to work. Cherry bourbon chutney later.

Where is engarish? Did Mandrake-san reave auto-misssperr on?

My experience is that talking is optional for what those 2 were up to.

Yeah. You wish.

Grunting/moaning is encouraged, though.
