Status: offline 		I think there is a bug in WAW. Saint Nazaire is stuck at 1 supply point and will never increase. I've had this captured for many turns now and I don't see any messages that its being attacked or some how degraded expect once earlier in the game. After that attack, it never heals.

Status: offline 		Operation chariot event can damage it permanently, probably you just got unlucky and the UK succeeded.
