The #3127 R-74M is missing all of its default carriers. The carriers it should have are the: #3913-3914 MiG-35, #3320 and #3965 MiG-29K, #847 and #4696 Su-27SM, #3819-3820 and #4582 Su-30, and the #2689 #4232 and #4741 Su-35S. In addition, the statistics for all the R-74's in the database are exactly the same, despite the fact that each Izdeliye variant have different performance capabilities (and different dimensions in the case of the #3128 R-74.) For example, the #2045 R-74 Izdeliye 740 only had a 60 degree off-boresight capability, with the later #3127 R-74 Izdeliye 750 being upgraded with a 75 degree off-boresight capability.

The missing loadouts would simply be clones of all existing loadouts with SRAAMs, except whatever SRAAM was there before is replaced with an equivalent number of #3127 R-74M's.

Possible improvements for JF-17 fighter for Pakistani and Nigeria Air Force

Here is some suggestion according to latest sources:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAC/PAC_JF-17_Thunder
https://defence.pk/
http://quwa.org/2015/08/30/jf-17-iii-jf-17-block-3/
https://militarywatchmagazine.com/article/jf-17-block-3-begins-initial-production-new-fighter-to-revolutionise-pakistani-capabilities

For all versions
Agility 3,5 (like Mig-21 bis) looks more appropriate, according to thrust to weight and wingload factor
Add chaff/flare dispenser (no version have this one!)

Block II
Add surface search radar
Possibility to carry new WMD-7 targeting pods and various LGB, including GBU-10, 12, 16
CM-400AKG anti ship missile (already done)
Possibility to employ ECM pod - KG300G

Block III (all block 2 mods + the following, from 2020+)
Add MAW, part of a new EW suite
Add AESA radar
Add HMD
Add generic IRST, like J-10B
Maybe PL-10 AAM ?
They should add better engine and reduced RCS, but all data are very generic and I would maintain the old ones

I would like to add the newest addition of the Philippine Navy Fleet, the donated Pohang class corvette Flight III (ASW Variant), ExROKS Chungju PCC-762 from South Korea and their two newest lynx wildcat aircraft.

All variants of the AH-1Z and AH-64 Apache are missing the Helmet Mounted Sight/Display (HMS/HMD) property. Both have had a HMD since their inception for use with their on board FLIR cameras/radar or the targeting of AA missiles such as the AIM-9 (in the case of the Cobra) or the Stinger (in the case of the Apache.)

AH-1Z pilots with their "Top Owl" helmet-mounted sight and display system.

Apache pilot with the IHADSS.

The #4792 AH-1Z Cobra is missing the ability to load the AIM-9X. It's had this capability since its inception as apart of the H-1 program was integrating the AIM-9X along with the JAGM onto the Cobra.

The missing loadouts would simply be clones of all existing loadouts that include the AIM-9M, but with the M variant being replaced with the #945 AIM-9X.

Pretty importants update to US Patriot MSCE battery start in 2017. #294 Need updates.

http://www.defense-aerospace.com/articles-view/release/3/205261/us-army-halfway-through-patriot-force-modernization.html

quote:

The internal components of the Patriot radar went from analog "70s- and 80s-based circuit-card technology to digital processing", he said.

The AN/MPQ-65 radar for Patriot became AN/MPQ-65A with about 30% additional range and increased processing speed.

New radar variant with range increase. Assume change in circuit board increase speed of engagement.

quote:

Non-cooperative target recognition, or NCTR, is being added to the system. Operators can now request additional combat identification information about the target and Maule said "This will help prevent fratricide".

Datalinks or flag add?

quote:

FORT SILL, Okla. --- The Army's Patriot Air Defense battalions are upgrading their fire-control computers, communications, radars and operator interfaces while adding more capable missiles in a refit that is scheduled to continue through 2021.

quote:

Nine of the Army's 15 Patriot battalions have already undergone the upgrade.

Maybe looks at out of service dates of older patriots.

For the developers
Can you consider to implement "Nuclear Loadouts (Capability) for these air assests? they have similarities with german counterpart already in the current DB...

But, I can't write anymore, forum system said:

"You are not allowed to post links, emails or phone numbers for 7 days from the date of your tenth post."

Why??

@BDukes Those pictures show the #2843 AH-1Z with the AIM-9M and the Hellfire AGM, not the #4792 AH-1Z with AIM-9X's or the JAGM (which hasn't even entered service yet.) Those photos aren't relevant to the issue I described.

And @Capocarro94 that happens with everyone with less than ten posts, you'll have to wait out those 10 days before linking anything.

All variants of the F-15E and all variants of the American F-16C/D are missing the AN/AAQ-13 Navigation pod as a Ku-band (equivalent to the "J" NATO band designation) Terrain Following Radar and Fixed FLIR sensor. This navigation pod gives the F-15E and F-16 a "hands off" terrain following capability of as low as 100 feet.

AN/AAQ-13 Terrain Following Radar on an F-15E.

AN/AAQ-13 Terrain Following Radar on an F-16.

Update request for China Type 055

I've done a lot of online research and as expected there are not definitive descriptions of the type 55 available publicly. However nearly all the sources state that the type 055 has a different radar than the type 052D, ie type 346b radar instead of type 346a. The type 346b radar is likely similar to the type 346a but is AESA, possibly Gn based, and is larger with higher power. There also may be an additional x band fire control radar on the Type 055

Hello,

I may be missing things here, as I am rather new to Command, but as of the latest build (1.15.6) there are some oddities.

First, the F-35.

Empty aircraft weights according to Lockheed Martin (as of April '19) are:

A - 29,300 lbs / 13,300 kg
B - 32,300 lbs / 14,700 kg
C - 34,800 lbs / 15,800 kg

However, in the database the aircraft weights are:

A - 13,300 kg [Fine]
B - 15,000 kg [300 kg overweight]
C - 14,500 kg [1,300 kg underweight]

The C in particular is a considerable distance out. (Would this effect range ingame?)

Additionally, the RAF F-35Bs have a ferry range of 3,200nm (DB #3245 and #25647). The Italian and USMC F-35Bs have ferry ranges of 1,700nm, which makes more sense in context of the A's 2,400nm and C's 2,550nm.

Secondly, the Queen Elizabeth class carrier.

- The database viewer lists her with the Type 1045 radar (SAMPSON). She does not - she carries a Type 1046 / S1850M. [Edit: I see this has been logged already]
- She is listed with 3 x 30mm DS30M cannon. She will carry 4 when they are fitted in 2020.
- Less important notes. Displacement is also out, currently reading 60,000 standard and 65,600 full. A FoI request from January revealed that 65,000 is the displacement upon delivery (so empty) and therefore full load is likely to be >70,000. Crew is another one. My understanding is that 1,450 crew is an old number. Accomodation is for 1,600, including specific space for 250 EMF, but I acknowledge there's flexibility here. I just saw 'Troops - 0' and thought it worth mentioning.

Thirdly, the River Class Batch 2.

- Top speed is 24 knots, not the 20 knots currently in the database
- Space for 50 EMF

As said, may be missing something so happy to be corrected (and these may not actually be important for the sim), but things I noted.

Oh, and the Chinook is operated by the RAF, not the Army!

Talks of 2 more Pohang class corvette to be donated by South Korea. And 2 brand new corvette in contract negotiation with HHI
