Status: offline 		I am playing the road to Leningrad scenario and I have captured Riga. Does Riga get supply via the sea? If so I would not have to repair all the rails to Riga and can start repairing rails from Riga, or not?

Remember the Baltic area rail network is more easy to repair

Status: offline 		IIRC Riga only becomes operational once you get the ports of Kuressare (on the island of Saaremaa) and the port of Parnu. However like fritzfarlig said, rail repair in the Baltic is much quicker so your rail will probably reach Riga before the port becomes operational.

In the new patch, rail in ports no longer repairs automatically too, so you would be better served to just move your FBD in converting a track leading to Riga.

Status: offline 		Also, IIRC, you cannot start a rail line from a port -- it has to be connected to the rest of the rail net.

In v1.11.03 you can repair up to 7 hexes out from a port
