Status: offline 		I started a new game with 1.03b2, and while I'm not 100% sure it's a bug it's sure something I've never seen before.

My neighbors to the east and west have regime names, but their zone shows up as none and I started at peace with them (they might be majors I guess, the bug keeps me from telling). I can't play strategem cards on them, either spies or major/minor diplomacy cards, as they don't even show up in the list of targets.

Other regimes seem to be functioning normally.

Status: offline 		I have encountered this too and already sent Vic a save.. they have orange/grey banners right?

Status: offline 		Caused this with 103-beta1 and will be fixed in upcoming 103-beta3

It should be harmless. But it is annoying.
