Status: offline 		The text on the various retirement says a roll (presumably 1d100?) against a difficulty of seniority-X (depending on the type of card), but the actual roll seems to be xd20 (depending on the card) vs the seniority (unmodified).

Status: offline 		The rolls are different for each class of retirement. The more expensive they are the more chance you'll be able to retire a higher seniority leader. The Bronze one can only be succesful against a really low seniority leader. Even if it fails it will reduce seniority however. And don't expect to be able to retire immediately very high seniority leaders. Bronze =3xd20, Silver =5xd20, Gold =7xd20

Status: offline 		When I was playing it would just show me the difficulty of the person that was selected and each card would tell me how many D20's it would roll
