I think despite Vangelis might be popular in the west for Greek music. I advice traditional Armenian one.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VBEy61AMkQ. Ara Dinkjian- 'The Long Goodbye' very good theme for Istanbul and very ethnic music.

I like it, but nothing still surpasses Hans Zimmer's work for Rush.

Greetings warspite1,
The college I teach at in Albany NY is going bankrupt. I will leave to save new faculty in the science department.
I will be 68 1/2 in June 2021 so I have tortured students long enough in physics and astronomy.
I will dote on my grandsons Jaden (3 3/4 years old) and Julian (11 months old). Bought my wife her dream car, Dodge Charger, so she is happy.
I also enjoy the music of Blackmoore's Night (Richie Blackmoore of Deep Purple and his wife Candice Knight)

I had a nice astronomy instructor.

Here is the song to play for your last day.

Alice Cooper - School's Out - Rock Meets Classic - 2014
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVwslrvZnz0

quote:

Alice Cooper, Mick Box and Bernie Shaw of Uriah Heep, Kim Wilde, Joe Lynn Turner of Rainbow & Deep Purple and Midge Ure of Ultravox.
.
.
.
Orianthi Panagaris, Alice Cooper's lead guitarist on this tour. Carlos Santana said of her, "it's not just cute anymore. this girl can whoop some ass!"

I played this song for nine year old girl, she really liked it. She used to get a special taxi ride for school. You know, the guys in the matching blue outfits with the Christmas lights on the car.

Greetings RangerJoe,
I had all the Alice Cooper albums and School's Out (forever when I go)
I remember Alice Cooper doing a guest appearance on the Soupy Sales show for a pie in the face!

I have two songs lined up for the milk toast board of trustees and interim college president (selected from the same board of trustees):
Goodbye to You by Scandal

Nice songs, I never did see that Soupy Sales episode.
