Build 1147.15 release notes (changes from official B1147.14)

TWEAK: #14041: Database viewer tweak for fuel records
TWEAK: #8534: Cloning facility/ships now also clones their hosted A/C and/or boats + 2 new cloning functions
TWEAK: Renaming is now a bit more scalable & FIXED a conflict with renaming of RPs
TWEAK: Added exit Hotkeys to secondary windows
TWEAK: #13571: Streamlined Renaming of Units
TWEAK: #13802: On the "Load Scenario" window, remove ".scen" in the name of each scenario in the selection tree (Leave .save extension to differentiate)
TWEAK: The muzzle flash of a firing unit is now proportionate to caliber & better rocket-plume detection & IR detection
TWEAK: The start screen is now full-screen or maximized (ie. taskbar visible) according to the preference of the main map window
TWEAK: #13181: Tweaked chaff effectiveness against early ASHMs (more gradual)
TWEAK: #14241: Towed arrays cannot operate at over 15 knots
TWEAK: "Pure Illuminator" radars (e.g. SPG-62) now considered FCR for emission ID purproses
TWEAK: Datalink + TARH AAW missiles (e.g. AMRAAM, SM-6 etc.) can now go active without immediately going autonomous (this allows such missiles to be guided with greater precision & reliability against VLO targets or in strong OECM environment). The datalink is cut instead only when the missile acquires the target (or impacts on it, still under positive control from the link provider).

Just confirming that this is update only supposed to be the single .exe file, at 5 meg? (The last updates were multiple files, at over 300 meg.)

Thanks for the update.

Can someone explain how to use these new tweaks:

-the 2 new cloning functions
-Renaming is now a bit more scalable & FIXED a conflict with renaming of RPs
-Streamlined Renaming of Units

Yes, this is deliberate.

(It also makes rollback easier if you have backed up the existing Command.exe )

I have had that happen when installing in the wrong directory or an incomplete install.

I'm saving to the desktop and then opening with Zip Extractor onto the desktop and the error message shows up. Not getting the option to install to any directory.

Removed the link. There are a couple breaking bugs that are just too critical to "tolerate until next update". Please use the last official update for now. The team needs to rest and improve its internal testing & QA.

Removed??? Well, I'm very glad I saved my old .exe. Of course, with Christmas just two days away, perhaps an 1147.15b is about to be released? ;)

I reloaded 1147.14 just in case, but I had no issues installing or running 1147.15. So, could you say that the "breaking bugs", whatever they were, were not breaking bad on me?
