Cannot read some Stratagem cards

Certain cards such as Glorious War do not show their full text even when selected. Mouseover provides no further details. The text ends in '...' but I can't find any way to actually see the full text.

For some cards this means there's no real way to understand what it does since the mouseover text doesn't explain it. Besides using the card and trying to deduce what effect it had, is there any way to see the rest of the text on these cards?

Go to Help -> Strategem Encyclopedia -> Staff Council and hover over the name of the stratagem.

Thanks DTurtle! I dislike that you cannot simply see it on the Stratagem screen but I'm glad to know there's a least some way to get the info. Very cool.

I have to try that with "Threaten Leader", it's been confusing me for a while. Thanks!
