Cannot read some Stratagem cards (Full Version)

Krytor -> Cannot read some Stratagem cards (1/4/2021 4:46:56 PM) Certain cards such as Glorious War do not show their full text even when selected. Mouseover provides no further details. The text ends in '...' but I can't find any way to actually see the full text. For some cards this means there's no real way to understand what it does since the mouseover text doesn't explain it. Besides using the card and trying to deduce what effect it had, is there any way to see the rest of the text on these cards?
