Status: offline 		I believe I saw this somewhere in the distant past but have not been able to find it again. I have looked in the manual, forum squeeze, and searches on forum but have not been able to find/re-find the information.

When looking at the pilot window, individual pilots skills are shown in the colours of white, rust, and green. What do these different colours signify?

Status: offline 		Green is improvement the previous day, orange is improvement the previous month, IIRC.

Not previous month, this month. At the beginning of the month everything is reset - no orange figures.
