I just bought this game and cannot install the update. When I try to unzip it, I get a message saying that the file's data in incomplete. Yes, I've tried re-downloading 4-5 times, same message. This is very annoying.

Also, your file download page has two links for the update, one from 2010, one from 2018. The one from 2010 does nothing, the one from 2018 gives me the corrupted file described above.

Very, very disappointing that Matrix can't get this right for a game which has been out for what, 12 years?

exact same thing happened to me...
but the jackasses at matrix are too busy banning customers
than to take care of problems like this..
matrix games sucks ass

the same thing for tigers on the hunt
the kursk expansion doesnt even download
after you buy it
and if you complain or dispute the charge
you get banned

I downloaded the Kurks expansion for TotH at end of 2020, and it downloaded and installed fine.

Let me know if you are still unable to download it.

I can send you the executable for the Kursk expansion for Tigers on the Hunt, but you'll still need the serial number they sent when you purchased. Let me know if you still need the expansion exe.

I've always had good luck with the support for Matrix Games by opening a ticket.
