I am signed in as a member since 2001, yet I am unable to create a store account. Since I have purchased all of Gary�s games, I must have an account but the system does not recognize me. BTW I am logged in to the forum now. Please let�s me know how to proceed.

I have a ticket number 2021032810000, but no response. Seems like the Matrix game profiles are different than the store profiles. This should be a simple fix.
