To apply: Unzip to the CMO installation directory, overwriting as necessary (backup the existing Command.exe, just in case)

Build 1147.25 Release Notes (changes from Build 1147.24)

* ADDED: #14548 Add UI option to edit ship/submarine/facility fuel levels: https://imgur.com/C4o9yI7
* FIXED: #14559 - Scenario won't generate a valid Delta File
* FIXED (probably): Low-altitude cruise missiles smashing into the ground
* Fix for message location info not reloading from file
* FIXED: #14496 - Unloaded guns considered 'underwater'
* FIXED: #14515 - Scoring level counter Problem
* FIXED: #14556 - Can't launch mission, because I need 2147483647 aircraft
* FIXED: Contact filter drops 'unknown' civilian types
