I'm playing AB via Bootcamp on my imac 5K.
The included game resolutions for windowed mode only support up to 4K.
In Unity of Command 2, I can set the window to 2560x1440 and then maximise the window, which allows me to keep the taskbar visible to switch between game manual and web browser and the visual quality is NOT affected.

TLDR: Is there any way I can maximise a window in AB? - I don't want to play full screen because then I can't refer to web or manual and I can't alt+tab with Bootcamp and AB as it just does not work.
