What is the solution?
I can find the targets - but with the clouds and flight hight i could not fire anything to the targets - only with the board guns.

I'm wondering the same thing. I've played this one three times and can't get off a shot.

You have to get into the valleys to get below 7000 feet. Search around the targets and you'll be able to find a path to launch your bombs.
