This suggestion would save time for the average player and also help new players when considering which leader, especially in the reserve pool, which roles they are a good fit for. Currently there are 4 tabs, maybe a 5th one could list all roles and their main required skills/traits etc and then in the adjoining column display a figure showing suitability rating.

The game already does this to some extent when choosing a leader to fill a role, however knowing early what potential reserve leader might make a good new director or replace one, you can keep them in mind, especially if you are wanting to trim down your reserve list.

Yes you can currently use the compare tab, but it isn't easy to see who is best suited. Sometimes i am surprised by what the game shows as more suitable than another leader when its time to fill a role after comparing stats of some of them.

Yeah, as a rule of thumb, when you keep having to look up outside sources, that information should probably be in the game itself instead !

Otherwise, the last phrase is more about the issue of trying to compress complex decisions into single rating(s) ?
I find the 4 ratings to be usually useless, and sometimes even just misleading : it's better to look directly at the source !

That would be helpfull. Perhaps not as another column but as a sorting method.

It would also be nice to throw leaders from the reserve list (while keeping them in the game for shortlisting and revolutions).
