Status: offline 		Does anybody know. If Japan is not in war with USSR or US but put a Battleship to block US supply to USSR via Vladivostok, will this move increase US mobilization or not?

Status: offline 		It won't. Though the vessel may be attacked by the Soviet Union, multiple times in the forthcoming patch, thus weakening your forces for the Pacific campaign.
