T8 of my game with K62.
The Naval Patrol around Odessa is set to run 4 strikes, 70 fighters and 70 bombers.
It has 130 bombers and 169 fighters available, 50 of the bombers have only 8 hexes to fly, the rest of the bombers and the fighters are further away.
By the third attack there are only 44 bombers flying.
By the 4th attack there are only 3 bombers flying.
Some of the bombers have not flown at all.
The fighter escort are fine, they are still flying at maximum strength.
How is this happening ?
I should have shown combat 8 for the last one instead of 7, but the numbers are the same.

Not enough supplies? I think I saw somewhere a text report of an air phase. Maybe in logistics report. Try to check that.

No indication on the logistics report showing a shortage of supplies, one air group looks to have used max fuel but I don't think that can account for it.

I downloaded the saves and had the right one to run your missions and repeated it. KG51 and FFO airbases ran out of fuel and/or bombs, so WAD. I only got 70/70/47 missions, not getting the last 3 as the airbase was totally out of fuel. I don't know for sure, but possibly had the depots in the hex with the airbases had freight, maybe they would have gotten a delivery that would keep things flying.
