Thank you simovitch!!! your answer really helped a lot!!! basing on the formula you give, a short relocation, say 50 mile, can be estimate to be completed within a day; let's assume i made this transfer in 4:30AM(which is the time of raidplanning phase); i can have the gruppe in a raid after (500+180)/60=11.33 hours later, let's say 13hrs later, which is 5:30PM; and if it's still counted as day phase, EVEN if when i plan this raid, the gruppe shows as 0 rdy plane, it can still fly by 5:30PM? another question i bump into is the shuttle raids. today i planned a shuttle raid with escort, since the ED campaign, reinforced KGr606 based in Ostern somehow cannot be tasked with any other LF2 comrades(If i choose it to lead, nobody else can join the bomber crew; if i choose someone else from LF2 to lead, then KGr606 just won't show up in the bomber list. My guess is Ostern base is directly assigned to LF2 rather than a junior command like flirerkorp?). After action i notice there is a new gruppe shown in the target base named as "det-KGr606", and the original KGr606 still stays in Ostern(though with 0 rdy planes). the manual didn't tell the shuttle details so i tried to run a idle turn, by the next turn the det vanished, and KGr606 stays in Ostern, with most planes "in transit". So should player manually move the original gruppe to it's shuttle base after action? Or should i move the det gruppe back to it's original base if i changed my mind about changing base? and sorry, still questions. it's the Gruppe KGr126, based in Brest, in ED campaign. this guy got 4 ready planes, and 45 planes in reserve. but when i check it's detail i see 36 pilots. i compared with other gruppen to check and what i found is, other gruppe keep their planes in reserve only because they have more plane than pilots, yet this one doesnt match this pattern. Can you help me check it?
