Status: offline 		I dont see any lend lease trucks in the production screen for produced trucks. Since they are given and not produced i understand but i cannot find any place that would show what they are if any. I know that i wite it shows up

Status: offline 		It's in the Logistics Phase report, under Production. The Western Allies give you a certain amount of fuel, supplies, armament points and vehicles per turn. I got 300 vehicles from Lend-Lease during Turn 28 of my current campaign.

In the event log, go to the production tab and it should be shown at the very top. See image for clarity:
