Hi There
Can anyone enlighten me?
I am running a long PBEM game in v 6.1.
I will like to upgrade to v. 7.
Can I do that and still finish my pbem?
Alternatively, is it possible to install two versions of spwaw on the same PC without getting any security warnings in my pbem games? Regards Stonefire

I upgraded to version 7 while 5 games were in process and experienced no problems. You will get a security over-ride message but that is all.

As long as you continue the pbem game with the same install that you started it from, you can install mutiple versions of spwaw. I have v7 and v1.0 both installed to compare how it has changed over the last year and a half. Install a new version and upgrade that to v7, and keep your pbem games with the install you have now.
thanks, John.

I also have 2 versions (6.1 and 7.0) be sure to install in a different directory (I have installed in the following:
6.1: C:\Games\MatrixGames\Steel Panthers World At War 7.0: C:\Games\ver7\Steel Panthers World At War)
