In you email ....

If you didn't get it, go to http://www.findmyorder.com

Put in your email and last 5 digits of CC.

Pull up the invoice page. It is there.

...or download is interupted

i lost connection on 27%, second try , now I have 48% and running (35kB/s ...not so quick)

thanks MatrixGames and 2by3 , 4 days long weekend here in Czech Republic before me and my wife leaving house, great opportunity....

Have you tried one of the third party download resume utilities such as Getright or Download Accelerator, or does your proxy prevent those as well? Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, as far as we can tell the store servers are doing fine so the problem must be between us somewhere.
