I realize there are a few leader problem with WITP. Could someone tell me if leader attributes should increase with experience. Also, anyway of changing attributes? For example lower MacArthur's numbers etc...

Depends on how good the Jap. LT who is replacing your leader is

Truthfully, I don't know. I doubt they do, but there's lots about this game that surprises me.

I can confirm that the Moderators/Devs have stated they do. I have not seen it yet, though.

I wonder if the leaders improve in the "Surface Actions, Air Operations, Land Combat, and Administration" rather that the "Overall Skill and Inspiration"? I know I've yet to see a leader go up in the later two and there's no way that I know of to check the other four, but they're there in the database.

I wish they would promote too. I could use Mitscher as a flag officer.

Or allow them to be used as they really were. RADM Spruance is stuck as just a task force commander even though he commanded the 5th Fleet. Oh well, we can deal with these things
