8. The Russian cossacks are absurd - - the "invasion" by having single horsemen sit in each province, seemingly unattackable is beyond annoying. It makes me want to set Russian at "much weaker" each game. This type of "invasion" is silly and completely ahistorical. I know they don't need much forage, so they can't be starved out, but there needs to be some limitation on this tactic. Many have made complaints about this. In 1.2, cav divisions will be better at chasing these guys down, and there are a few other tweaks - but the general idea (that cossacks could have been used more broadly) is still supported by the game.
