Sounds like that's what he wants us to do...

Raverdave -> RE: forget it (8/26/2006 3:42:42 PM)

Raverdave -> RE: forget it (8/26/2006 3:51:03 PM)

Nope....11 and 42 do not work.

SamCole -> RE: forget it (8/26/2006 3:54:18 PM)

I posed a question and nobody seemed to have the answer. So I deleted the question, I can not delete the posts or the thread as far as I know. I will run a test to find the answer myself.

But that's not a valid test. You wouldn't be impartial. You need to get somebody else to run the test for you. You'll have done all that work for nothing, after you found out, that your own test doesn't count.

See, I'm just saving you the trouble.

SamCole -> RE: forget it (8/26/2006 5:44:42 PM)

I don't have to be impartial for this test. I just need to know how the game mechanics work.

They have specialized skills, and are union. They'll oppose your testing, maybe even picket. And don't even breath a hint about reducing their Zero Bonus.

It could get messy. Arbitration is an option.

I wouldnt worry about unions. If the last NY MTA strike was any indication, unions are sooo 19th century.

Only in New Jersey.

Terminus -> RE: forget it (8/26/2006 10:30:23 PM)

No, that's a global phenomenon. It's just more prevalent in New Joisey...

No one knows how the game mechanics work. They are deliberately kept hidden from the player and were made so complicated that testing can't uncover them.

New Joisee as a microcosm of the world...<shudder>....what a hellish thought.
