the next fight, and rather than do a "repair all" I went back threw my core on the repairs and tried to fix a little bit of each of the arms that I favor using.
got to drop wife off at doctors, be right back.

when I start the delay, I leave the whole force with its stance set to defend,, after they've dug their foxholes I set them to advance so their ready to fall back under the natural pressure of battle, and their foxholes don't disappear until their forced to move so u still get all the defensive bonuses but they'll retreat usually before going to any great suppresion/pinned/routed.
