Instant Replay is stored in System memory so wouldn't impact much about your video card. If the game runs into low frame rates, it gets turned it off because it helps for some really low end systems that share video and system memory. Some other things that can cause this; Make sure all other software is off. MSN messager, Web Broswers, email, ICQ,etc.. everything. There should be nothing else showing on your task bar. You may also want to check for things running in the background. Some applications run in the background and never display any interface to the user. Quick Time's automatic update program is a good example of one of these types of resource hogs. Spyware or other malware also eat up system resources. One other is any antivirus software you may be running. Maximum-Football reads and writes a lot of data to disk. Depending on what antivirus software you have, it can intercept these reads and writes and slow down the works because it's scanning the files. You might try turning that off (just remember to turn it back on after you're done). In this particular instance, I think it's probably something else eating your CPU cycles rather than a problem with the video card. Although you may wish to ensure you have the most recent drivers.
