the AI seems to get hung up pondering its move. It continually shuffles its units around, then taking back the move and trying something else I noticed this to a lesser degree playing WA and watching the Axis AI moves, sometimes moving the same units half a dozen times. It would be preferable if the AI did all these "potential" moves behind the scenes, if it must, and only displays final moves. It is interesting in one respect in that players can see what may possibly be at risk, but overall I find the feature distracting. And if it's causing a CTD for Russia, then it's more than distracting. I seems like I'm witnessing a Feynman sum over histories, if you understand the quantum physics analogy. [;)]
